ASSESSOR'S APPRENTICE PERSONAL PROPERTY SYSTEM
The
Assessor’s Apprentice Personal Property System is a powerful
state-of-the-art tool for assessing in support of vehicle registration
and equitable determination of value. It was developed exclusively for
Arkansas and has been used in Arkansas since 1990.
The system
features quick access to taxpayer records and to the State of Arkansas
supplied valuation tables for efficient processing of personal property
assessments.
Internet based “on-line” assessment is available to lighten the schedule load on your busy taxpayers.
Assessor’s Apprentice Personal Property System features include:

Locates property by Parcel Number, First or Last name, Mailing Address,
Property Address, Vehicle VIN and combinations of these characteristics.

User-friendly interface is designed to speed the assessment process.
Little training is required for operators and efficient assessments are
quickly achieved.
- Extensive automation and immediate access to
the taxpayer’s complete history speeds valuation and review and reduces
operator frustration.
- Electronic “Yellow Book” feature leads
operators to taxpayer vehicle information. Reduces “overlooked”
vehicles and eliminates the need to hand type VINS for current property.
Assessor’s Apprentice also features extensive reporting abilities, such as:
- Complete property assessment forms for both individual and commercial
- Assessor’s Abstract Report
- Data export to meet requirements of the State of Arkansas
